Friends of the Young House are working with the property owner, Tualatin Hills Parks & Recreation District, to stabilize a rotten mudsill and identify viable uses and funding to reinvigorate the mothballed 1500 sq. ft. “box-built” structure that is on the National Register of Historic Places.
